Safety Policy
Reach Gymnastics takes pride in providing and maintaining a clean and safe training facility for our participants. Any athlete who puts their own or other students’ safety at risk by being unable to follow instruction will be asked to withdraw from the program.
Reach Gymnastics has a zero-bullying tolerance policy. Any student involved in bullying will be asked to withdraw from the program. Any fees paid in advance will be refunded.
 

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Class times and schedules are subject to change depending on insufficient class numbers. Makeup classes are not available. Class cancellation with refund of remaining weeks in session available up to the 3rd week, minimum 72 hours notice prior to class time required to be credited for that class. A $10 processing fee is applied to all refunds. Beyond the 3rd week of classes refunds are no longer available.
 

Registration and Payment Policies
Registration is done online through our website and payment is made with credit card. Payment can be made in full or broken down into 4 automatic installment payments (with 25% due at checkout, then 3 equal payments withdrawn in 3 week intervals from check out date). P

A registration/insurance fee of $40+HST (non-refundable) is paid once annually for all new or returning members and is due in full at check out. Late class registration is available at pro-rated pricing pending space in required class. 

Families who require financial assistance for registration can apply for the Canadian Tire Jumpstart program and Arnold Anderson Sports Fund. Jumpstart is a national charity that funds all general administrative expenses and needs for children 4-18 years old. If you have applied for Arnold Anderson or Jumpstart for payment please e-mail reachgymnastics@outlook.com for registration instructions. 

CLOSURE/CLASS CANCELATION DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSATNCES

Refunds, Credits and make up classes WILL NOT be offered in the event of any closure due to unforeseen/out of our control closures or cancelations. This includes closure due to weather, power outages, building issues etc. 

Children with physical, communication, and/or developmental needs

At Reach Gymnastics Club we strive to allow every child to participate however our staff are not specifically trained to work with children with unique needs and parents and or support workers may be required to be present on the floor with the participant. 

If your child has any specific physical, communication, and/or developmental needs please e mail us at reachgymnasticsclub@outlook.com before registering for a class to allow us to place the student in the correct class with the appropriate supports in place.
