I have done dance and gymnastics for 5 years.
I love to move : ) My favourite style of dance is hip-hop. My favourite event to coach is bars because of all the cool tricks and flips! A few fun facts about me: I love timbits, singing, reading and my favourite colour is green!

I grew up doing gymnastics for 9 years, and recently have become a competitive cheerleader! My favourite event to coach and perform is floor. When I am not coaching or practicing I love to go swimming, hang out with friends and take my dog Oscar for walks : )

I have been a dancer for 14 years and danced competitively for 9 years! My favourite styles of dance include ballet and contemporary. I love working with kids and helping them have fun and achieve their goals. My favourite event to coach and practice is floor because of the focus on tricks and flexibility. When I am not coaching you can find me reading, painting or spending time with my friends and family!

Gymnastics is one of my greatest passions. I used to take classes here at Reach! My coaches shaped my life in so many ways and I am so excited to leave those impressions on others who love the sport as much as me! I'm a big country music fan, I love watching football and playing baseball. My favourite gymnastics events are floor and vault!

HI my name is Alex!

I did competitive gymnastics for 6 years and competed at the Provincial Championships for 4 consecutive years! I have a great passion for gymnastics and love to see my students develop the same passion as well. My favourite gymnastics events are floor and bars. Other sports I enjoy are rugby, wrestling and aerial silks. Currently I keep active in Muay Thai! When I am not coaching you can find me baking, reading or exercising : )

HI my name is Quinn!

I have been a competitive dancer for 15 years and have been teaching and coaching for 5 years. I am passionate about teaching and giving kids the opportunity to reach their goals. I am a Fanshawe College graduate where I received my ECE Diploma. I now study Youth & Children's Studies at Wilfred Laurier University. Tumbling and handstand walking are my favourite skills to perform and my favourite event to coach is vault : )

I first joined Reach in 2017 as a student and now I coach! I love working with kids, seeing them be excited about accomplishing new skills and trying new things. Some fun facts about me; my favourite colour is pink and my future goal is to become a nurse!

HI my name is Rachel!

I started doing gymnastics when I was 3 years old and continued for 7 years. I then transitioned to competitive dance where I thrived in acrobatics. I loved learning new skills to incorporating them into dances! I competed in dance throughout all of high-school and University and love coaching younger students and peers. When I am not working you can catch me watching Gilmore Girls or playing with my crazy cat Theo!
