Toddlers aged 2+3 will learn basic body positions and terminology as they follow the coach’s instruction and demonstration through circuit run classes.
Using our age appropriate equipment, assist your toddler to develop their gross motor skills, social skills, and coordination in this energetic class.

Entering school and all things structure, this class teaches the fundamental skills for listening, self discipline and participation that are necessary in all areas of development. Students will learn basic skills and terminology while being encouraged through a variety of weekly themed circuits that involve hanging, climbing, jumping and rolling.
Circuits are geared towards building coordination, strength and balance! .
Our 5&6 year-old program focuses on learning gymnastics foundations and fundamentals on vault, bars, beam and floor. In this station based class students will be introduced to basic skills, technique, flexibility and conditioning to aid in their skill safety as well as develop body awareness and control both inside and outside the gym.
Whether you are new to gymnastics, or hope to learn and develop more skills, this class will improve strength and fitness in a fun and interactive environment. In this station-based class, students will begin with stretch and rotate through all four gymnastics events!

If you have your basics with help (coach or mat aid) join us for reps and strengthening to accomplish your skills on your own!
**Prerequisites: Cartwheel, assisted bridge kickover, assisted handstand bridge, assisted bridge recover
**Assisted means with spot or with use of equipment
Class Goal is for students to learn their walkovers!
Students will further develop their strength, flexibility and acrobatic knowledge through a series of drills and progressions.
**Prerequisites: Independent kickovers, independent handstand bridge, independent recover
**Class goal is for students to learn their back-handspring, front-handspring and aerial.
Students will further develop their strength, flexibility and acrobatic knowledge through a series of drills and progressions.
**Students must meet the following requirements to be eligible for this class:

Looking to improve your acro and tumbling? Through a variety of progressions and drills this class focuses largely on building strength, developing body awareness, and improving flexibility to ensure safety in skill development. Students will work at their own pace as they advance into more difficult skills and tumbling combinations.
