Toddlers aged 2+3 will learn basic body positions and terminology as they follow the coach’s instruction and demonstration through circuit run classes. Using our age appropriate equipment, assist your toddler to develop their gross motor skills, social skills, and coordination in this energetic class.

Our 4+5 year old program teaches the fundamental skills for listening, self discipline and participation that are necessary in all areas of development. Students will learn basic gymnastics skills and terminology while being encouraged through a variety of weekly themed circuits and stations that involve hanging, climbing, jumping and rolling. Circuits are geared towards building coordination and balance, stations are geared towards learning gymnastics basics and building strength.
Our 6+7 year-old program focuses on learning gymnastics fundamentals on vault, bars, beam and floor. In this station based class students will be introduced to skill technique, flexibility and conditioning to aid in their skill safety as well as develop body awareness and control both inside and outside the gym.
In this station-based class, students will rotate through all four gymnastics events. Whether you are new to gymnastics, or hope to learn and develop more skills, this class will improve strength and fitness in a fun and interactive environment.

Students will learn the beginning foundations of tumbling and acrobatics. Strength and flexibility will be introduced to develop body awareness and athlete safety.
Students will further develop their strength, flexibility and acrobatic knowledge through a series of drills and progressions. Goals for this class are for students to learn back walk-over, hand-stand-bridge recover or front walk-over.

Looking to improve your acro and tumbling? Through a variety of progressions and drills this class focuses largely on building strength, developing body awareness, and improving flexibility to ensure safety in skill development. Students will work at their own pace as they advance into more difficult skills and tumbling combinations. Class registration is dependent on experience and skill level.
